One vision. Three brands. A complete lifestyle ecosystem to design from the ground up.
Elevate is not a sports centre in the conventional sense. It is a full lifestyle destination - where elite sports performance sits alongside specialty coffee, curated retail, spa recovery and cultural sensitivity built directly into the architecture. The brief demanded three distinct brand identities (the sports centre, the cafe and the admin brand) that felt individually considered but unmistakably part of the same world. That kind of coherence does not happen by accident.

Brand identity. Packaging. App design. In that sequence, for a reason. We built the brand foundations first - establishing the visual language, the tone and the positioning across all three identities before a single packaging concept or app screen was drawn.
The packaging system followed, covering coffee bags, gelato containers and retail collateral with the same premium sensibility running through each. The app came last - and it was the most complex deliverable of the engagement. Multiple user profiles, each with entirely different needs: court-booking consumers, retail customers, coaches managing their own profiles and administrators running the full operation behind the scenes. The challenge was making all of that feel effortless from every angle. The Elevate app is what this project will be remembered for. Consumer-facing flows, coach portals, admin dashboards, court management, booking systems - all housed within a single, seamless interface. Getting that right required the same strategic discipline that drives every GGD engagement: understand every user, design for their specific journey, and never let complexity show on the surface. From brand identity to packaging to product design, Elevate is the kind of project that demonstrates what a strategy-first studio can do when given the room to do it properly.
Next projects.
